Visit the Museum during Winter school break and get crafty! A different free project will be offered each day (Dec. 24, 26 & 27) from 11 am to 2 pm in the Museum's Imagination Studio.
67th Annual Christmas Day Crossing Reenactment

Washington Crossing Historic Park
Each December, thousands of people gather on the banks of the Delaware River to watch the reenactment of George Washington’s daring 1776 Christmas night river crossing. During the event, several hundred reenactors in Continental military dress listen to an inspiring speech by General Washington and then row across the river in replica Durham boats. The 67th annual Christmas Day crossing reenactment is set for Wednesday, December 25, from noon to 3 PM (actual crossing begins at about 1 PM).
25th Annual Holiday Light Show

Shady Brook Farm, Yardley
Experience the magic of more than 3 million lights illuminating acres of farmland at Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show! Encounter whimsical displays and familiar characters as you drive through in the comfort of your own car or enjoy the show on an open air wagon ride (weather permitting). The two mile trail takes about 20 min. to drive through if you’re taking your time to enjoy the sights (on a non-busy night). Warm up with a cup of hot cocoa and cook up s’mores at a toasty bonfire (cocoa, s’mores kits, and more treats available for purchase in the Farm Market.) Visit and have your photo taken with Santa (at the Farm Market) and pick out the perfect Christmas tree while you’re here!
