Scrooge

Scrooge

Sunday, November 24, 2:00 PM

Kelsey Theatre, Mercer County Community College

Get in the holiday spirit with a fun family musical adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, written by Leslie Bricusse. Ebenezer Scrooge, who is rich, stingy, and mean to his loyal employee Bob Cratchit, gets a rude awakening on Christmas Eve. The ghost of Scrooge's old business partner, Jacob Marley, pays him a visit, informing him that he is going to be visited by three ghosts: Christmas Past, Present and Future. Will the result be a kinder, gentler Scrooge?

Annie

Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. And when billionaire Oliver Warbucks opens up his home to the lucky orphan, life becomes adventure after fun-filled adventure. Annie foils Miss Hannigan and her conniving brother and his girlfriend, befriends President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and finds the family she’s always dreamed of.
