This CMB Cosmology for Kids day will introduce students the Cosmic Microwave Background, the oldest light in the universe. They will make speakers, play with polarizers, and take cool thermal images! CMB-S4 is an ambitious experiment that will use many telescopes across the world to learn about the early universe. Come talk to the scientists leading this team and learn why they need to go to Antartica or the tops of mountains to study the universe.

The Arts Council of Princeton will host its annual Fall Open House featuring hands-on art activities, community mural, meet &€™ greet instructors and learn about the Arts Council'€™s programming, membership, and volunteer opportunities. Plus, meet Chris Rollins of Chris and The Crew from 94.5 WPST. During the Open House, the Arts Council's award-winning Taplin Gallery will be open to view the Annual Member Exhibition. Each year, talented member-artists contribute their work to this exhibition. All are invited to attend the Opening Reception from 3-5pm, immediately following the Open House.
