Our 60-minute stroller fitness classes cater to moms of all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms, and moms with one or more stroller-aged children. Our interval-based classes incorporate cardio, strength, and core for a total body workout. Fitness for you. Fun for your little one.
Have you ever wanted to make your own video game or create a cartoon or animated story? Well, this is your chance! If you are just starting out you will learn programming basics. If you are more than just a beginner, be ready to learn new tools and tips and share ideas. Try your hand at GameMaker, Roblox, or AppInventor to see how you can create your own games. Take your projects to a new level and expand your programming skills. Software challenges will be determined by the age of the participants.

During this week, kids will be encouraged to discover, design and create with a variety of materials and will come away with several finished projects ranging from paper crafts to clay creations. Classes run for two hours every Monday - Friday.

Classes run for two hours every Monday - Friday.
The Box to Box Soccer Training summer session will develop players’ technical and tactical sides of the game through age-appropriate training. Players will participate in various individual and small-sided exercises that are challenging, supportive, instructive, and fun. Training will include fitness and agility, dribbling (ball mastery and manipulation), passing and receiving, shooting, small-sided attacking and defending, and evaluating and reacting to different game situations. This age group is open to players of all abilities. Trainings will be led by Patrick Lynch who has years of experience training players from youth to high school levels. Patrick holds coaching certificates from USSF, United Soccer Coaches, Coerver Coaching, and U.S. Futsal.
