Hopewell Theater

Summer Stars Summer Camp runs Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm to 5 pm, beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 19. Kids, get ready to take the stage at Hopewell Theater - you are cordially invited to join our Summer Stars theater camp! Every afternoon will be filled with fun, hands-on theater arts activities exploring character, movement, costuming, and backstage jobs. The program will lead up to and prepare campers for the final big show at the end of camp, the "Showcase" where every camper will have a part, performed at Hopewell Theater. All campers will also have the opportunity to "meet-the-actors" after HT's children's theater production of My Mother, The Astronaut the week of camp (includes two free tickets to the show for camper and parent/guardian). Camp begins each day at 1:30 pm. Late-afternoon snack and supplies will be provided, included in registration cost. Pick up time is between 5 pm - 5:30 pm.

Chapin School

The Box to Box Soccer Training summer session will develop players’ technical and tactical sides of the game through age-appropriate training. Players will participate in various individual and small-sided exercises that are challenging, supportive, instructive, and fun. Training will include fitness and agility, dribbling (ball mastery and manipulation), passing and receiving, shooting, small-sided attacking and defending, and evaluating and reacting to different game situations. This age group is open to players of all abilities. Trainings will be led by Patrick Lynch who has years of experience training players from youth to high school levels. Patrick holds coaching certificates from USSF, United Soccer Coaches, Coerver Coaching, and U.S. Futsal.

Calling all rising stars! Come join West Windsor Arts new summer musical theater program for teens aged 8-13 & 14-18. Spend your summer learning from a Broadway coach who specializes in “triple threat” (singing, acting & dancing) techniques and culminating in a live, public performance on our outdoor summer stage. This program will strengthen your Broadway repertoire, interpreting it both musically and dramatically, then guide you through staging and choreography. The dynamic performance of “Music through the Decades” will give every participant their moment to shine! This program will run Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm July 10 - August 21, 2019. A Final Performance will be presented on Saturday, August 24 at the Nassau Park Pavilion. Bring to the Audition: Prepare 32 bars of a show tune (a cappella) Prepare a one-minute dance or movement piece Prepare a one-minute scene from a Broadway play
