Princeton Academy’s Spring Rummage Sale Saturday, April 21 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. McPherson Athletic and Convocation Center (MACC) On Saturday, April 21 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart will host a Spring Rummage Sale sponsored by the Princeton Academy Parents Association (PAPA). is event is open to Princeton-area communities. Only cash is accepted and all items must be taken on the day of the sale. For more information, please send an email to PAPA@princetonacademy.org. Clothing, toys, books, sporting goods, furniture, infant toys and equipment, electronics and holiday decor are examples of items that will be available for sale.

Now offering two sessions! Join us for April’s Small Explorers program; our theme is green & growing! We’ll read “Tree” by Britta Teckentrup. Then we’ll take a quick trip to the “Pretty Big Things” exhibit to see the garden bell. After, we’ll head back to the STEAM Center for fun, hands-on activities. This free program is designed for children 6 months to 5 years old and their caregiver. Space is limited, reservations are suggested.

Soar through the skies in the Museum’s spacious Planetarium, featuring precision projection of more than 6000 stars. The planetarium features a Full Dome Video giving visitors the sensation of zooming through the Solar System and beyond. Five shows are featured: 11:00 am - One World, One Sky (ages 3-6 with adults); 12:00pm - Magic Tree House: Space Mission (suitable for preschool and up); 1:00pm - Laser Space Chase (general audiences); 2:00 pm - Dark Universe (general audiences), 3:00pm - Wildest Weather in the Solar System.

Morven Museum & Garden is honored to present this Girl Scout badge workshop in collaboration with Girl Scouts of Central and Southern NJ. Words are powerful tools and it’s important to know how to use them well. In Morven’s Junior Scribe Badge Workshop, led by Curator of Education Debra Lampert-Rudman, M.Ed., girls will write unique stories, articles, and poems in the inspirational former home of one of America’s first female published poets, Annis Boudinot Stockton. Girl Scouts must be properly chaperoned per GS Volunteer Essentials. Snacks and patches are included in registration.
