Calling all babies, toddlers and big kids to open gym. Fun, supervised gymnastics for all ages. No pre-registration required . . . Open gym is a wonderful way to introduce your baby to the thrill of basic ovement/motor development as well as socialization and interaction with others. Also some time is spent on skills that challenge this age group more. Gymnastic apparatus is utilized to teach hanging, balancing, swinging, jumping, rolling, stretching, twisting and turning as well as familiarity with basic gymnastic skills for the 3 – 6 year old participants.

Vegetables can be a feast for the eyes and the tummy when they go from art to dinner! Helena Clare Pittman and Victoria Raymond’s picture book and Morven’s Masters of Illusion exhibition will inspire young artists as they hear the story, view some pieces in the exhibition, and then create their own still life watercolor paintings. Children will take home their paintings and stew recipe.

Our certified yoga instructor will incorporate yoga which as you know has profound benefits on our bodies, minds, and hearts, so why not start early! Our class is also designed to teach kids to stay healthy, use their imagination, and think positively - all valuable life skills they can use into adulthood. All of the exercises & breathing and meditation techniques will be child-appropriate. Crafts, movement, singing, dance, and puppetry will be also be incorporated into our storytime to expose them to the various layers literature. There will always be a language-based game at the end of each storytime to review concepts learned during a book. It's a great way to practice paying attention, following directions, developing pre-reading skills, and socializing. We believe that is it is never too early to read to your children, so join us for some stories at Princeton Playspace!

We prep the sign with the Design Template to make this a fun and simple project! Help us help 3 year old Jonathan, diagnosed at 3 months with Lowes Syndrome which affects the eyes, kidneys & brain, Jonathan has already had 11 surgeries. Karen Foma, of the Mercer County Sunshine Foundation, is helping to raise funds so Jonathan can have the opportunity to visit Disney and his favorite character Mickey Mouse!

Raise a glass of hot cider with us as Terhune Orchards honors the trees that give us our wonderful apples. The ancient British tradition of wassailing the apple trees to protect them from harm is a popular winter celebration at Terhune Orchards that you won’t want to miss! Activities include singing, dancing and playing of primitive instruments, toasts of hot cider and placing gifts of cider-soaked bread in the tree branches while chanting the lively words of praise and New Year. Warm yourself next to our bonfire (marshmallow roasting included) or in our store. Live music will be performed all afternoon in the wine barn by Spiced Punch.
