Small Explorers February Program

Join us for February’s Small Explorers program, where we’ll explore African American Artists. with a focus on Jacob Lawrence and Romaire Bearden. Our story is “Jake Makes a World” by Sharifa Rhodes-Pitts. We’ll be visit the American Perspectives gallery to view “The Museum Lesson” by Jacob Lawrence and “Gramophone Years” by Romaire Bearden. Then we head back to the STEAM Center for painting and collage projects. This free program is designed for children 6 months to 5 years old and their caregiver.
