The Princeton Wheels Rodeo is sponsored by the Princeton Police Dept. and the Princeton Human Services Comission. It is an opportunity for children to learn the rules of the road and how to be a safe cyclist. Safe practices by motorized vehicles and cyclists are necessary for both to safely use public and private roads. At the rodeo, participants willl navigate a marked course, learn the proper way to wear your helmet, learn hand signals and how to safely cross the street with your bike. Other activities include bicycle registration and inspections, Pizza, hot dogs and bottles of water will be distributed on a fist come first served basis, and and a brand new bicycle will be raffled off along with other prizes. Rain date is Sunday, May 19, same time.
