There will be paint, watercolors, pastels, clay, chalk, wood, fabric, canvas, glue, dye, sculpture, collage, drawing, imagination, exploration, abstract thought, and lots of smiles – all in one week! The weeks for ages 3 to 6 will be comprised of many different art projects as well as fun games and activities that tie in with the week’s theme. Camp weeks for ages 6 to 9 will be more art intensive. Children will use a variety of art media and techniques to create their own masterpieces. Children should bring their lunch to camp for the 9:30 to 12:30 session. Camp weeks are Monday through Friday. Some of the week’s projects are listed after each week. Camp Activities: Since the early 1990’s Princeton University has been offering camps for young athletes in 22 sports. Today Princeton University hosts about 60 camps annually, with more than 7,000 athletes from around the world in attendance. Camp Activities: Stuart offers a comprehensive summer program that includes academic enrichment, arts activities, athletic camps and a day camp for children in pre-school through grade 11. The programs are co-educational (with the exception of the athletic camps) and are open to all children in the greater Princeton/Mercer County area.
