You’ll practice teamwork while learning to mix, roll, cut and cook pasta. Our instructor will walk you through the steps for making a delicious homemade sauce. Plus, we’ll share secrets for transforming homemade custard into some of the best gelato you’ve ever tasted. Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines picking fruit with your young child and listening to a story highlighting that fruit. Parents and young children (ages preschool to 8 years) are welcome to celebrate everything wonderful about gourds and pumpkins. We will read books about pumpkins and then everyone can pick his or her own decorative pumpkin to take home. Our farm staff will explain how pumpkins grow and how they should be picked. Program at 9:30am & 11:00am
