Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines picking fruit with your young child and listening to a story highlighting that fruit. Parents and young children (ages preschool to 8 years) are welcome to celebrate everything wonderful about apples. We will read books about apples followed by an educational component. Then everyone will pick his or her own small container of apples to take home. Our farm staff will explain how apples grow and how they should be picked.
